On some of our forms it is possible to select more than one option.
You can select multiple options by holding down the Ctrl or the
Shift key while clicking on your selections.
The Ctrl key will allow you to choose several individual options. To
do this, first select the first option, then hold down the Ctrl key
while clicking on each additional option.
The Shift key will allow you to select a range of options. To do
this, select the option at the beginning of the range to select. Then
hold down the Shift key while clicking on the last option in the range
to select. This will select all options appearing between these two
selections.
